Landline fee

Hi there,

I noticed that I am getting billed $10 month for a landline phone automatically, I thought that was something I would need to pay when I needed it. Not sure how I can cancel this.

Hi @georgesin1 . You can change to the $0 PAYG phone plan (no included calls). You can receive calls. To make a call, you have to make a prepayment. It is auto-topped up.

Can be done via My Account, NBN Digital Voice Services, View NBN Digital Voice Service Account, Add Prepaid Balance.
