Let us have our Accounts Team to contact you to provide details of payment extension. Send us your details (Username/Customer ID together wtih the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time.

Thanks for your quick response.
Since COVID numbers have increased in WA it’s impacted my client contact quite dramatically. I would like to request 2weeks extension please.

Hi @Bel

 

The monthly renewal fee of $59.99 is currently in progress via direct debit. If this will be declined, there'll be a $10 rejection fee. Moreover, your billing period will end on the 27th of March. Can you confirm a specific date of payment?
