Log in verification code oversea

I want to send the verification code to email instead of sms. I am oversea so cannot receive the verification code.

Currently, the OTP is being sent via SMS only.

If you have a registered mobile number on the account, then you need to activate the roaming in order to receive the SMS.

If your Mobile is with TPG, kindly shoot me a PM with your customer ID or mobile number for us to check this further.
