You guys have mobile service with us right? Can you try to log in with the TPG mobile number using the same password? If possible, try it on different web browsers then let us know how it goes.

You are not logging in to TPG App, yes? Because mobile services are not available on the app yet. You should be logging on to https://www.tpg.com.au/home/myaccount.

Do you receive an error message when trying to log-in using TPG My account website? If so, could you post a screenshot on this thread for reference.

Yes, I did also try the my account log in at TPG site, same result. 😩
