Just switched to TPG mobile. Cannot log into the My TPG app. Keep coming back with error code Please help.

If you still can't log in, send in your TPG mobile number or account number via private message so we can look into it.

I am responding to you today as @Ahra_G is currently not available. What error do you encounter when logging in to My Account?

You guys have mobile service with us right? Can you try to log in with the TPG mobile number using the same password? If possible, try it on different web browsers then let us know how it goes.

You are not logging in to TPG App, yes? Because mobile services are not available on the app yet. You should be logging on to https://www.tpg.com.au/home/myaccount.

Yes, I did also try the my account log in at TPG site, same result. 😩

Do you receive an error message when trying to log-in using TPG My account website? If so, could you post a screenshot on this thread for reference.

Here are the screenshots when I tried. I used the details given to me when I opened the account and also tried the forgot password link.
