Incorrect charge

I agreed to update to nbn yesterday over the phone
I was advised that I wouldn’t be charged the $10 fee for shipping
When I see my recent charge it is $69.95 and I am normally charged $59.95. The recording will show that I was told no fees were to be charged
Please help
