I changed my service back from NBN to wireless internet after a conversation with one of your reps on the phone.
I must say the service is not the best and I have also been charge twice for November. The 39.99 I agreed to and $59.99, which was my old price before changing.
I have tried to find an email address to email you with not luck. Can you please get back to me to this can be sorted or I will change providers.
