I agreed to update to nbn yesterday over the phone I was advised that I wouldn’t be charged the $10 fee for shipping When I see my recent charge it is $69.95 and I am normally charged $59.95. The recording will show that I was told no fees were to be charged Please help

The modem was supplied by tpg and we recently had someone come to check and change it?? And said it would be fixed?
