Lost User Name

I have had TPG NBN for over 3 years, I have lost my User Name, Customer ID and have changed my mobile number 2 1/2 years ago.

 

How do I get my details when I no longer have the mobile phone number I had when i opened the account.

 

I telephoned TPG help and they sent me link to the "Confirm My Identity Form" which i completed but Sarah from TPG said she could not help me in an email.

The problem with losing all that identifying data is that it is extremely difficult to distinguish you from a fraudulent person trying to mischievously get into your account, and you would be furious if TPG allowed someone to easily hack your account. (This is part of the reason why closing an account is not simple).
