TPG no longer offer email services to any company in Australia and asked customers to migrate to other providers. We did in September last year and they now continue to make charges for accounts they no longer manage or hold.
They have charged us another $40 for IMAP email accounts and no matter how hard we try they refuse to budge and are obstructionist in their approach.
This misleading and deceptive conduct and is illegal. We demand a refund.
We have lodged a dispute with our bank.
