No way to reach out to biiling team

I have been trying to reach out to billing team but all in vain. Calls are continuously in waiting for more than 1 hour but still no one picks.
This is what you call customer service.
I need to settle me $25 which you have automatically deducted from my account even though I deported my number.
There is no response and there is nowhere I can go..Stuck with your pathetic customer support services. I need the solution to my problem asap.
