Merge of accounts so i can see and pay invoices

I recently cancelled a wireless broadband account and asked that my mobile accounts be put onto the new NBN service but it appears this has not been done. 

 

I am now not able to see my mobile accounts anywhere on either the old or new accounts. 

 

Please arrange for this to be fixed.
