Hi TPG Community

The biggest cybersecurity risk is having your phone number illegally ported by hackers. It makes any 2FA redundant.

To reduce this risk, can I put a block on my phone number to stop it from being ported?

Hi @adillon, please be informed that for a number to be ported in or ported out from a Telco, it would require submitting documents for verification and account information should also match. 

There is no option or feature to block any number from being ported. In addition, customers will get a pre-port authorisation text before any porting goes ahead.
