Mobile app login problem

I keep resetting my password on the browser however the mobile app keeps saying the password is incorrect and won’t login ! Why?

Hi @brismib07

 

Currently, the Mobile app only supports NBN broadband account.

 

If you are under the Home Wireless, 5G Home Broadband or mobile service, then you'll not be able to login.

 

You can access your account details via TPG My account.
