Hi there. I contacted TPG customer support over the past couple of weeks regarding a refund of my mobile prepayment and account statements to be emailed to me. I was advised that these will be processed in a couple of days, however, I haven't heard back and have followed up multiple times to no avail.
The most recent reference number for the calls is 66357695. I would like a confirmation when this will be resolved, if not I will have to take this further with ACCC. Thanks.
It has been another week and have yet to hear back regarding the refund of my mobile prepayment balance due to deactivation of my international roaming.
