The price of my bundle went from $69.99 to $84.99 per month, this was subsequently applied to my auto billing. At no stage did TPG advise me via SMS or email prior that this was happening. Surely this is some type of breach.
All details of the price increase was sent to the email associated with your TPG service. If you did not receive an email send us your details to better understand the situation and take a look at your options.
