Recently I have moved home to Tarneit place. I have been using Tpg internet from more than 5 years. Month ago I called tpg for reset my login password during that period customer service lady she asked me to get new home bundle nbn50 so I got that plan with 18 months contract as I have mentioned her I’m moving home soon so should you charge for it and she told me There is no need to pay any charges because of I’m in contract after I asked about area and she was not sure for that and she told me you will not charge any if you move home with contract. Now I am at my new place and I requested to transfer internet to my new home. Tpg took 10 days to give answer all time when I call they said it’s in processing. And last week they saying they can’t provide TPG service in my new home area Tarneit and asking me for 350$ charges for not providing service and due to contract I mean it’s not my fault I’m happy to get TPG internet in my house but Tpg not available in this area. So I can’t pay $350 which is I’m not using and I asked that lady before and she gave me wrong information and sale nbn 50 bundle with contract.
I am not ready to pay $ 350 which is I’m not using Internet. Could you please settle this problem
