I have been trying to access my Mobile usage for months and i still cant get access to it because my plans been "Moved to Novus" id like some help on resiolving this issue thanks.

That doesn't fix it everytime i login to my tpg account this the old page pops up and i go to my TPG mobile services and it wont let me access my plan assuming i have been locked out ever since it was placed under "Moved to Novus".

Hi @richienet

 

You will need to log in using your TPG mobile number as the username with the same password. 

Let me know how it goes.
