Hi there,
I submitted my request to move homes on Monday 26/06/23. I put installation date as 01/07/23 as this is the day I am moving to my new place. I was wondering how far along the installation progress is (it says you are processing the payment) - as I work from home and I need to the internet to be working ASAP. Also - can I take my old modem to my new place or will you send me a new modem.
