Hi Team, I’m preparing to move into my new house and would like to transfer my TPG Internet service. I am currently using my own BYO modem and prefer to remain on a no lock-in contract. However, I would like to avoid any additional charges for a new modem. I noticed that the tool available on my TPG account does not offer the option to use a BYO modem. Could you please advise on how I should proceed? Thank you for your assistance. Regards,
