Moving Mobile Phone Number to Another Provider

I wish to move my mobile phone number to another provider (Telstra), but can't identfy my TPG Account Number to enble to transfer to be made.    The number that I assumed would be my TPG Account Number is my "Customer ID" number, which has been unsuccessful in attempting to port my mobile number over to Telstra.   Perhaps you could email me the necessary Account Number.

 

The reason for changing to Telstra is that unfortunately TPG provides poor coverage at my home and also while in travelling in Oz on holidays.

I received a phone call from TPG at 3.15pm  today (not the arranged time), and was provided with my account number to enable me to migrate my phone number to another provider.   I have found that the number that the caller gave me was my New Customer ID, which I already knew, and which the Telstra staff tried unsucessfully yesterday in attempting to migrate my mobile phone number from TPG to Telstra.

 

I would like to get this matter resolved, and the call today was of no assistance whatsoever.
