I applied online to that i am moving my home on 12th may. I provided all the info. Then they called me and ask me the name of the account holder and the name of the bank holder is different. So they will send me a form where i can make it confirm that it is the same person. But the funny part is i have been using this same bank details and the same tpg account for last 3 years. Anyway as i said i am moving out on 12th i haven’t received that email. I tried to call, which u guys never answer. They ask me to check email on email@example.com. I have no idea how to login there. Very poor service guys.
