Hi,
I have used up my mobile data for the month and would like to add extra Prepaid amount, however the option is greyed out. After reading your support documentation, it seems I need to edit my payment details as I currently use DD - however I am unable to do this because there is a 'transaction in progress'.
Can you please advise how I do this? Thank you
