My sister has her mobile number under my account and now she would like to have her own. We have called TPG customer support and they advised that we cannot do the transfer of owership over the phone but will need to fill in the 'change of ownership form' available to download online. The form however seems to relate to internet service as it says to email to email@example.com. If this form is to be used for change of mobile account owership, where should it be sent to? Please advise.
