Hi, I have contacted the customer support several times to cancel the mobile plan that I opened for my family's short trip in Australia. They told me the plan would be cancelled and refunded within 3-4 working days, but it's been a week now and the plan is still active and the payment hasn't been refunded back to my credit card. I have been using TPG for years, but this one really annoys me and TPG is pushing me to other carriers if the problem cannot be resolved in an efficient way.
