Prepaid Balance

I don't need roaming coverage anymore and still have ~$87 in my account originally for international roaming.

I've been unable to find any clear information using the search function so please tell me what TPG's mechanism is for using prepaid balance to pay future monthly accounts. Or can it simply be refunded?

Hey @Dropbear087, you aren't able to use your Prepaid Balance towards your monthly plan fees, but we can help get the leftover amount returned to your account.
