My account details hasn't changed after subumit

Hi

 

Please help my plobrems.

 

I couldn`t update my credit card details.
 
Maybe It`s because my last name hasn't changed yet.

 

I have already subummited my name change with TPG Administrayion and sent proof of my identity.

I have reference number.

 
I'm looking foward to hearing from you soon.

Once you submit the confirm identity form, you should receive an update via email within 1- 2 working days from our accounts team.

 

Could you flick me a message with your details so we can check it's progress?
