My mobile phone was cancelled by somebody not me

Today morning I received an email that TPG has received a mobile plan cancellation request. I replied back saying that I didn't requested any cancellation. But my plan was cancelled at 11 AM. I'm now waiting for more than 50 minutes in the queue . What has happened?
