The issue on you online account is due for an existing process in your account.
It can be relocation in progress. issues on the installation and so on
sure, can this please be addressed asap? as I am trying to upgrade my nbn plan.
Don't count on it happening anytime soon, we've been trying for a week now, with no results - it seems nobody at TPG can help us!
