NBN Plan Upgrade

Hi, I'm about to upgrade my NBN plan and have a few questions.

Last week I started an NBN plan (50gb peak / 50gb off peak) but have already exceeded the download limit. So I want to upgrade to NBN12 unlimited data.

I've read that the unused portion of my current plan (24 days) will be credited, though when I go to upgrade through my account it says I will be charged the full amount upfront for the new plan ($59.99). Does this mean the 24 days credit will be deducted from the following billing cycle?

And generally how long does it take for the upgrade to begin? Currently the shaped speed has made the internet at home useless, as it won't even load the google home page.

Thanks

Hi @bingdatboogie ,

Welcome to the community!

Usually the unused portion / prorata will be apply to the account once the new plan is active.

To better understand the situation, we'd like to get your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
