My modem failed and you arranged a replacement. In the time taken before receiving the new modem we were forced to hotspot from mobile phone to access internet connection which ended up costing $65 in additional data charges from our telco. I'm seeking a refund of the same amount from you given the reason was due to your faulty modem.
Not great to hear you're currently experiencing some network issues with your internet service. Let us look into this and get this sorted out, to better understand the situation could you send us a PM with your account details (Username/Customer ID)?
