NBN plan upgrade delay

Dear TPG Representative,

I've been trying NBN upgrade to plan NBN50 over 3 days ago and I still TPG says it cant be done as ealier plan change ticket has not been closed internally by TPG. Old ticket is more than 40 days ago. How can TPG not close a ticket that old, no check no compliance ???
 
Can I get this resolved ASAP? Account status still says that it is an NBN standard bundle and there is no internet service.
