NBN service cancellation email

I am without internet service since yesterday morning. Initially I thought it is because of power supply issues. Later in the evening I saw an from TPG that I cancelled my NBN connection which I didn’t. I am not able to connect the support, I am thrown out of the queue with a sorry word. Is there someone to help?
