Nbn new development charge

Hi, My landlord has asked me to provide a full receipt for the NBN new development $300 charge so that I can be reimbursed. I have provided them a PDF version of my Account Statement that I accessed through TPG online, but this was not enough - am I able to have a full receipt emailed to me?

It should be the same information as the one you have downloaded from your TPG online account. 

Nonetheless, I have sent a copy to the email address registered to your account.
