I have just upgraded to 5G Home Broadband from TPG NBN. Had a couple of issues at the start which were resolved eventually but now have an issue where I cannot load email for the new account. I enter the Account and then the password and it just returns me to the login screen with the username :-(
Any assistance would be great.

Let us help identify the cause of these issues and get to the bottom of this. May we confirm if we are trying to use the new credentials to log-in to My Account and TPG post office?

i am using XXXXX and the password is correct as I use the webmail icon in the main page.
