I have purchased a D-Link Viper 2600 and having trouble connecting to NBN. I have run the setup with settings of VDSL, PPPOE, Username@tpg.com.au nothing else changed.  It will not connect to the internet.  I check the DSL link on this and it shows that the link is active.  I was living at a property in QLD (brisbane area) with 5g account. TPG automatically took out the nominated moneys for this (totally understandable) but I had to cancel the 5G account and move back to NBN as where I moved did not have 5G service :-( ..  Not a problem as I organised for NBN to be connected paid the $74.99 for my service to be connected and all was ok.  I recieved an email stating that my 5G account was deactivated and that I would receive a $54.15 would be credited to my account.  I have just now receved another invoice for my previous property and TPG have taken the credited $54.15 from my account.  Not happy.  What can be done to get back my money and sort out this mess ?    Les  ... I have just upgraded to 5G Home Broadband from TPG NBN.  Had a couple of issues at the start which were resolved eventually but now have an issue where I cannot load email for the new account.  I enter the Account and then the password and it just returns me to the login screen with the username :-(    Any assistance would be great.      ... I moved house and in doing whilst doing so was told that I would be charged the new customer account costs of $79.99 for NBN 100 for a 6 month contract.  It would then revert to normal charge of $89.99, I have just checked my bank account and TPG have taken out $42.58 of my bank account. I was given a credit of $47.41.  This together with the money taken out of my account equates to $89.99 and thus an over charge of $10.00.  I rang accounts today who did not give me a satifactory answer as well as emailing via another email that had were I was told that all I would be charged for a 6 month accpimt wpi;d ne $79.99.  I hope that someone can help here.  ...
