No call back

I raised a request with the billing team and they said they would give me a call back within 24-48 hours. That was on the 13th of December.

 

The ticket is 87740953.

 

How can they still not have called me back?

 

Will be cancelling my service at the end of the contract

Hi @timothiesss ,

 

We chased this with our Account Specialists Team and arranged them to contact you tomorrow, 24th of December between 10-12NN AEDST to provide the update on your account inquiry last 13th of December.

 

Make sure to keep your mobile available for the call and let us know how it will go.
