No internet connection after changed to nbn25

Hi, I have changed to nbn25 today and got an email saying it’s completed. But now I have no internet connection at all. Is this normal having no internet connection during plan change?

Welcome to the Community!

 

There's no service downtime when you change your NBN plan.

 

If your service is suddenly lost, then you may check if it's affected by an outage.

If your service is not affected by an outage, please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to assist you accordingly.
