Hi Folks, This is my fourth attempt to try and get a mobile issue sorted. Is there an email address I can use to get assistance? I have tried using the community forums but I wastold a technician will call me to sort out the problem - but I don't have a working phone - so I'm unsure how this will happen. My mobile tells me I have insufficient credit but when I log onto my page it tells me my account is up to date and no payment is due. I'd really appreciate your help as I use my mobile for work and this is taking its toll. Thanks
