No response to emails

Hi team,
I'm paying for speed boost but rarely get above 100, I email about it and it goes up for a few days then goes back to normal,like I wouldn't notice. Why am I paying for something you are not supplying. I also have emailed helpdesk@tpg multiple times this week with no reply even though the auto reply says you will get back within 4 hours. What exactly is going on here it almost seems like you are scamming me
