Not receiving OTP - one time passcode on my mobile

Hello,
I have tried contacting TPG to upgrade my current plan as we have been unsuccessful updating this through the app.

However, the agents were not able to help any further as the OTP codes are not coming through and we haven't received any text messages/codes from TPG.

 

Can someone please look into this asap?
