Both husbands and my phone do not seem to be registered on the network?

Wondering how to contact tpg to sort it out?

Are you in Australia or Overseas?

Have you tried to manually select a network?

Have you tried rebooting your mobile phone?

 

Shoot me a PM with your mobile or customer ID number to check this further.
