Hi my mobile can only receive message and call but can not call out. It said I run out of credit. But I am in direct debit setup. It should not be a credit issue. I tried to log in and found the status "Moved to Novus". I can't log in to check the usage and can't access to manage my account. Could you help to provide a link?
