Has anyone else waiting more than 2 HOURS on the live chat option "in que" only for the chat to dissappear and to get no response. No response on emails for over 3 DAYS. Appalling service

I've been trying for 2 days now to start a Live Chat conversation. Every time I am told they're too busy.  This is about the worst service ever.  I am so frustrated that I can't use my email to send anything.  Seriously going to start looking for another provider!!

Totally worst service, transferred my chat to “specialist”, then endless waiting. No specialist in TPG.

Yesterday I spent 30 min in a queue, 1 hour in a chat, got transferred to ano dept and waited another 2 hours until I gave up. Total 3.5 hours.
