Although, our account with Optus lapsed an year ago and now we are with TPG, we are still getting bills from Optus. For example, this week we re reminded to pay $22.30.
Is this part of the TPG contract.
BTW, we have a mobile account with Vodapone.

We recommend you to check with Optus regarding contractual commitments and termination fees. We will not be responsible for any charges that will incur during or after the transfer of service to us. You will have to cancel your existing service with them should the installation of your new service with us has been completed.

Hi,
We've received your private message and this is to confirm that we can only supply you the NBN service and also port in a number should there is a request during the registration. Other services such as Foxtel and Fetch are not included.
