Hi,

 

I upgraded my mobile plan from Small V2 $19.99 to Medium $25 last month. The reason why I chose to upgrade is that your website offered me a discount on the new Medium plan because I am also a TPG NBN user. The discounted price should be $20. However I have been charged $25 this month.

 

I have called TPG multiple times and requested callback because the waiting time is more than 1 hour, but no one has ever called back. I have also sent an email, no reply. 

 

Please find the attached screenshots of my NBN and previous mobile service details. Both services are under my name and they are "linked".
