Hi, I have called TPG many times to resolve my 5G wireless home broadband connection issue. Since they couldn't solve the problem, the last support team member advised that I would need to return the 5G modem and cancel the plan. He said that he would sent me an email with instructions of returning the 5G modem. I have waited for 30 hours and still haven't received the email. Hi,   I upgraded my mobile plan from Small V2 $19.99 to Medium $25 last month. The reason why I chose to upgrade is that your website offered me a discount on the new Medium plan because I am also a TPG NBN user. The discounted price should be $20. However I have been charged $25 this month.   I have called TPG multiple times and requested callback because the waiting time is more than 1 hour, but no one has ever called back.
