Overcharged for Mobile Billing

Hi Team, 

 

Last week I graded my mobile plan to a members discount plan of $20 a month rather than the usual $25 a month with 25GB of data. The process of choosing the new plan seemed easy and clear, however I was shocked to find that the billing for the plan that I had received today was the general $25 charge. Please see images for references. 

 

I would like to clear this up as soon as possible.

Let's go ahead and check your billing cycle and see if the charges add up to the plan change. Any chance you can provide your Customer ID or username via private message so we can pull up your account?
