TPG IS A JOKE.
I am living out of country and tried to advise TPG to cancel my service. LOL, WHAT A JOKE. Firstly, they geo-block their website - so i cant access my account.
I have received emails after the fact that they could not contact me via phone. This is depsite me responding to emails from various departments THAT SERVICE IS POOR and will need to close account via email, etc.
So FINALLY I think I am making progress when get link that I am to use to provide ID, picture, etc. They confirm receipt and validation. FINALLY I think. HA, just a cruel joke.
They are now back to trying to call me and sending messages saying cannot contact me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
TPG, pull your finger out of your a$%e and just cancel my phone. SUCH A SIMPLE REQUEST. YOU HAVE MY VERIFIED ID.
JUST DO IT. AGAIN, JUST DO IT BEFORE NEXT PAYMENT DEDUCTED. OR IS THAT THE WHOLE IDEA OF CONTINUED DELAYS????????????? LETS JUST SLUG THIS GUY ONE MORE PAYMENT.
