Paid for everything, still says processing payment?

I’ve paid for everything (set up and modem + first month of internet), the money has come out of my account but it still says that my payment is being processed?

Welcome to TPG Community!

 

We were able to locate the account and learned that the payment method that was used was Direct Debit. Payments through this may take 3-4 working days to clear from your bank.

 

Since the amount was debited on the 5th of October, it should be finished by tomorrow or on Wednesday.
