Payment Extension

I need to request a payment extension for my latest bill but cannot seem to be able to private message anyone as I don’t have privileges, please advise how to request.

In order to unlock the Private message feature, you need to post at least once to reach level 2.

 

We'd like to assess your account and raise your request with our team.
